Today’s message is simple. If, at any time, you feel unhappy then that is a sign that you need to change something. The change does not have to be huge. It can be the smallest possible change you can imagine, but when you are unhappy any change is better than none.
If there is anything in your life that causes unhappiness, and you actually want to be happy (you do don’t you?), then you need to make a change. Flip how you think about it, remove it from your life, ignore it, whatever! Just make a change. Make any change.
Likewise if something in your life is working well and making you happy then there is nothing for you to do. Don’t worry about it, don’t fret that the happiness may not last or wonder how it can go wrong. Just enjoy it and keep doing what you are doing.
Where you are in your life right now is the result of all your past actions. Happy or unhappy, positive or negative, fun or boring – these are all states that you have created through your own actions. And if you don’t like one you can change it!
